Lots of presentations coming up and I feel like I need more formal wear despite the fact that I haven’t even worn some of the pieces I’ve bought long long ago.

Hair Issues
Sounds crazy but I feel like cutting my hair again.

For my Business Etiquette & Image module yesterday, we were taught about skincare and application of polite makeup. Can you believe that the school specially bought new and unopened foundation, loose powder, blusher, lipstick, lip gloss, lip balm, mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, toner, moisturizer, facial wash and etc etc just for that lesson.?! Is Ngee Ann freaking rich or what..?
Cause the brands of the makeup and skincare are like MAC, Loreal, Maybelline, Revlon, TFS and some high end brands I can’t even spell. Don’t you laugh, I only apply eyeliner what.!
And for skincare, we were taught to exfoliate/scrub, moisturise, tone, cleanse, deep cleanse, extract pores and the list goes on. There were a lot of info to process and I’ll make full use of it.! I have to anyways cause there’ll be a test on how you apply everything that you’ve learnt.
For beauty, I shall persevere although I foresee a big hole in my pocket !
Like father, like daughter.
Apparently my Dad had it all planned out for today. He was going to buy a new handphone then he’d bring us somewhere to eat sushi.
Now that is considered something cause my family has never eaten sushi anywhere before cause my parents don’t eat sushi. So this sushi eating plan is considered “special”.
Moreover, we haven’t gone out as a family in a while cause everyone is so busy. My sister has started working and I have school and my parents are constantly busy.
But something happened to upset him just now and he canceled the whole thing cause he wasn’t in the mood to go out anymore. I am pretty upset by this cancellation cause I was looking forward to it so much. It very much felt like I was a child and my trip to toys r us was canceled.
Anyway, when that “something” made my dad upset, he started yelling and explaining why he’s so pissed.
At the point when my dad was yelling, I saw a little of me in him. That was when I realise that I am a lot like him which is why he once said I remind him of himself.
Honestly, I don’t blame my dad for being angry, although I did think that he overreacted a little, I truly understand why he would be angry. It was sort of disappointment mixed with frustration. I fully understand cause I know I would’ve reacted the same way if it happened to me.
I’m just quite sad cause I was looking forward to this family outing.
Sigh, guess I’ll do some research for my Business Etiquette and Image project which is due in 5 weeks time ! I need a life, I know. ):

I whine and complain a lot. This and that will never be good enough for me. I am never satisfied and I always seem to question why I can’t get all the things that I want.
Its only when you see the problems of others that you come to realize just how fortunate you are. Then you’ll be thankful for all that you have.
I just hope you’ll have the strength to go through all this. You may feel like theres no one to understand what you’re going through but I just want you to know that my family will be here for you.
We are all praying for you and are hoping for the best. Allah knows whats best for all of us so lets just leave it up to Him.
As they say, the closer you are to Him, the more dugaan He’ll give. So you must pull through okay. Its just another setback. It’ll all be okay, I’m sure.

Chop chop
Things have been pretty hectic these few days. Lots of problems cropping up and I’m trying my best to stay sane.
As some of you might know, the family cat, Comot, has been hospitalized. Yes yes, there is a hospital for animals too. I never knew that till recently.
He’s been warded for a few days now and the hospital bill is escalating like crazy. I really hope he can be discharged by today.
The whole family misses him especially my sisters. It breaks my heart to see them cry over him and knowing that there is nothing I can do to make things right. Especially my younger sister. I hardly see her cry so when she does, I get very affected by it. Sigh.
Lets all hope for the best and may Comot get well soon. Insyallah.
Oh, and I finally got a haircut.!
I hope Nash is not reading this. He’s not suppose to know about the haircut. Heh, well, at least not until tomorrow

I know its been a few days now. But what do you expect when you of all people choose not to trust me. Deny it all you want but I still take it as an insult to my intelligence. Is that what love is to you, Nash?

BUSY
Wont be updating much cause I have an exam to prepare for. I took up Arab language classes recently and we’ll be having an exam this Sunday.
I can’t afford to screw it up cause Habib is paying my fees. Pressure, I tell you.

at least my sisters have it easy cause my parents are paying their school fees so less pressure for them.

Anyway, as some of you might know, Ngee Ann allows its students to self select their timetable. First come first serve basis. Or should I say, first click first get basis.
So i was like freaking kiasu and kept refreshing the page every few minutes before the allocated time for selecting our timetable.
Alhamdulillah, I got like, the best class ever! heh, kiasu, i know !
My timetable for the first term rocks! 
Monday 8am – 12pm
Tuesday 9am – 1pm
Wednesday 9am – 5pm
Thursday 9am – 4pm
Friday 9am – 1pm
Damn shiok for mondays, tuesdays and fridays! Hahha! Girls, let me know bout your timetable alright! Bought another pair of shoes today! The money my mom gave me finishing already! Quite sad but happy with my purchases. Am waiting for two parcels from mr postman !
